A rare training opportunity with one of the world’s most accomplished masters of Wudang Taiji and Internal Kungfu, Master Zhong Xue Chao, (aka Master Bing).
Over the last 6 years we have had the privilege of studying many Wudang Arts with Master Bing. We have asked Master Bing to review all that we have learned so far and he has graciously agreed. There are 3 different Qigong practices, along with a barehand form, 2 Broadsword forms and a Staff form that we will review on Saturday.
Sunday will be dedicated to learning the applications of the movements and energies of the various forms with which we have become familiar.
This weekend workshop is for experienced beginners through advanced practitioners. It will be a moderately paced workshop that will enhance the practice of all students with previous Wudang Arts experience, with mastery attainable by regular practice using Master Bing’s excellent DVDs.
Please contact us by email or on our landline at 207.594.5356 anytime, and please leave a message if we are out.
